Face to Face Courses
Our Face to Face contemporary art courses are based in a large warehouse studio in Partridge green. The studio is fully equipped with spacious work stations, comprehensive storage equipment, a library area and refreshment facilities. Working alongside like-minded artists and led by one of our inspiring tutors, courses in this spacious studio provide a supportive and vibrant atmosphere in which to further develop your creativity and confidence in painting and drawing.
Face-to-Face courses can be ongoing tutorial-based sessions or short courses focused around a particular subject. They begin with a stimulating discussion led by the tutor and also include painting and drawing demonstrations by tutors (providing valuable insights into their creative thought processes and critical decision-making), alongside practical exercises that get you warmed up and confident to try new ways of working. Throughout each course, there are opportunities to review your work independently, with the tutor and as a group. By the end of the course, we hope you leave the studio feeling energized and eager to continue developing the ideas you have explored with us – with a sense of excitement and bravery.
