Life Painting

Course Dates: 11th May 2018 (Friday)

As with the life drawing day this session will aim to keep both you, and the model, on your toes! A lot of the drawing exercises can be translated into paint - taking a line for a walk, rubbing out and reworking,  mark making in response to the figure - but add to this the viscous, luscious, liquid, luminous, layering qualities of the paint, as well as colour, and we have a whole new and exciting arena to play in. This session will be about making studies, not prolonged paintings.
