Byre Cottages are at the heart of the historic farmyard of Sullington Manor Farm and have been attractively converted from Victorian stables into holiday accommodation with exposed beams and flint walls. Three cottages form a courtyard, around a shared lawn, with one of the largest 17th century barns in Sussex, most cottages have their own patio, all have a BBQ. The fourth cottage is slightly separated from the others with a separate entrance from the lane. The lovely Saxon church of the parish of Sullington can be found amongst the various barns and buildings of Sullington Manor Farm.
This beautiful spot boasts many inspirational views and lots of lovely spots to paint and draw. The many footpaths and bridleways across the farm make pleasant walks including the South Downs Way on the ridge of the Downs with beautiful far-reaching views over the Sussex Weald and to the English Channel. Sullington Manor Farm is a working beef farm in a tranquil downland location and has been farmed by the Kittle family for four generations for over 70 years. Guests can also use the outdoor swimming pool and tennis court.
